Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Orders Only)
We offer a 30-day return policy for both defective and non-defective items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@mancaveoutdoors.com with your order number and reason for the return.
All returns require prior authorization. Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with instructions on where to send your item. Return addresses vary by supplier. Items returned without an approved RMA will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Fees
We provide a free prepaid return label for all returns (download and print). No restocking fees apply. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@mancaveoutdoors.com.
