Man Cave Outdoors currently ships to addresses within theΒ United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

  • Processing times may vary depending on the supplier fulfilling your order


SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary by product and supplier:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

  • Freight / Oversized Items: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


SHIPPING METHODS

We ship via a variety of carriers depending on the product, including but not limited to:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • Freight carriers for large or heavy items

Carrier selection is determined by the supplier fulfilling your order.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Some products may qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.


MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Because we work with multiple suppliers, items in the same order may:

  • Ship separately

  • Arrive at different times

  • Be delivered via different carriers


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Supplier processing delays

  • High order volume

  • Events outside our control


FREIGHT & OVERSIZED DELIVERIES

Large or heavy items (such as furniture, fitness equipment, and outdoor products) may be shipped via freight carriers.

Important notes:

  • Delivery appointments may be required

  • Signature may be required upon delivery

  • Delivery is typically curbside only (carrier will not bring items inside)

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Accurate contact information

  • Availability to receive delivery

Missed delivery appointments may result in additional fees.


DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the product and packaging

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to resolve the issue.

Man Cave Outdoors is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Reshipping fees will apply
